Topic: 2006 Shanghai International Football Tournament Launch Press Conference

Introduction: US Sports Management Inc. (“USSM”) and IEP Sports and Leisure (“IEP S&L”), as part of football’s new World Series, will together present China’s most prestigious four-team international football tournament to be played in the City of Shanghai. The exciting prospect three famous football clubs from outside China competing against a top Chinese team, will provide a festival of football in the prestigious Shanghai Hong Kou Stadium. The tournament will see two double-header evenings of international football action and will use an innovative points scoring system to decide its champion, making for a most exciting sporting occasion. 

Three world renowned club sides from England, Spain and Japan will compete with a local Chinese Super League gaint. 

It is certain that this tournament will be an international tournament of highest level in Shanghai, which is also second to none in all of Asia.

On this occasion, Shanghai Sports and Recreation Bureau, Shanghai Media Group, Shanghai Football Association, the host club Shenhua, the Sponsors as well as some other honored guests will represent at the press conference.
